Traditional Yemeni Coffee Body Scrub Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons Yemeni coffee grounds (fresh, unused)
• 2 tablespoons sweet almond oil or extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for deeper exfoliation)
• 1 teaspoon natural rose water
• A few drops of musk oil or lavender essential oil (optional, for scent).
How to Use:
1. In a clean bowl, mix the coffee and oil to form a soft paste.
2. Add sugar and rose water, stirring gently.
3. Wet your body with warm water to open the pores.
4. Apply the scrub in circular motions for 5 minutes.
5. Let it sit on your skin for another 3–5 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
7. Moisturize your body with natural oil or body butter after use.
